We're Listening
Once you have made a decision, you will provide us feedback within your Project Center. This gives you the ability to tell us exactly what you like and what you need modified to keep the project moving forward towards completion. It’s your instructions and feedback that will direct our creative team to make the changes necessary to achieve your project goals.
So be specific. Tell us what you like, what you want modified. If you like what you see then simply approve the last file and we'll move to the next step.
Upon receipt of your directed feedback, we will review and make sure we understand your direction. If we are unclear about anything, our Lucky Dog Creative Services Team will contact you for further clarification before we move forward.
We want to be on the same page as you.
Once we know how to proceed, our creative team will get to work on making any modifications – again applying our expertise to your refined vision and objectives for the project. You will receive revised files within four business days.
This gives our team enough time to apply your feedback to the concept you selected or, depending upon the package you selected, apply the concept to the advertising tools and logo versions you purchased.
It’s all part of the creative process and as the Project Lead you drive our work. Based on the package of your choice, revisions are completed as needed until final artwork is approved and provided to you for use.
